AquaSync provides a unified SaaS platform comprising Swimming Pool Management, Hostel ERP, and Business Suite software.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the organization you represent to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You represent your organization and must ensure all information remains up to date.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials. AquaSync is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

6. Pool/Hostel/Business Data

You retain ownership of the operational data and member information you input into the platform. AquaSync acts as a data processor for this information.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and consents from your members or customers before entering their data into AquaSync.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, nor to disrupt the platform's integrity or performance. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Subscription Plans

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Details of our plans are provided on our Pricing page.

10. Billing and Payments

Fees are billed in advance. You authorize AquaSync and our payment providers to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

11. Renewals

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date, subject to your specific plan terms.

12. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

13. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable unless legally required or specified otherwise.

15. WhatsApp / Third-Party Integrations

AquaSync integrates with the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and other third-party services. Your use of the WhatsApp integration is subject to Meta's applicable Terms and Policies. AquaSync is not responsible for the availability, compliance, or performance of these third-party services.

16. Third-Party Services

Our platform may link to or rely on third-party services (e.g., payment gateways). We disclaim all liability for the actions or omissions of such third parties.

17. Data and Privacy

18. Intellectual Property

AquaSync retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its software, designs, and branding. You may not copy or reverse engineer the Service.

19. User Content

You grant AquaSync a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the Service.
